A Chartered Accountant with 30years post qualification experience in the professional audit practice in Nigeria, which includes the usage of computerized audit and accounting packages. Aside from his wide banking audit exposures, he has been involved in the management of high quality audit and investigation assignments of medium and large size clients including oil exploration, oil marketing, and manufacturing companies. He has consistently been involved in achieving deadlines on clients’ assignments..

Bukunola Mashigo hold a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ibadan and she is a professionally trained and qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Information System Auditor and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist with over 27 years’ experience in managerial roles spanning Audit & Compliance, Accounting and Risk Management.

Ambrose Okolo is a professionally trained and qualified Chartered Accountant and Tax practitioner with over 27 years’ experience spanning Audit & Compliance, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Advisory Services, Pension Funds Management, Telecommunications, Commercial, Mortgage, Microfinance and Investment Banking.
He has worked across many local and international organisations and have vast experience in the transaction and corporate financial advisory and strategy. He is a specialist in Investment Analysis and is also involved in Strategy sessions for various organisations.
At different points, he has served as Adviser on several projects in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Hospitality and Manufacturing Industries where he was involved extensively in the raising of debt/equity via Public Offers/Private Placements and in transaction and corporate financial advisory in the areas of Sell-side and Buy-side Due Diligence, Transaction Structure, Structured Project Finance, Mergers and Acquisition / Business Combinations, Business Valuations, and Corporate Financial Strategy.

Ambrose is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is an alumnus of:
• Harvard Business School, Boston - Executive Education Programme;
• University of Exeter, Exeter - Master’s Degree; and
• University of Nigeria, Nsukka - Bachelor’s Degree.
Ambrose is an award winning business and entrepreneurial coach and have served as a member of the Board of Directors/ Adviser in many companies across various industries and also as a member of the panel of judges in various business plan competitions for the selection of business plans for funding purposes.

Mosunmola is an energetic and diligent career person, who has developed a matured and responsible approach to any task she undertakes. She holds a Upper credit Degree in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State and has over seven years of diverse professional career experience in audit and accountancy firm industry.

Mosun has experience in strong observational, analytical and detection skills in writing reports on audit findings and giving relevant recommendations to improve clients’ operations and profitability.

She did her industrial attachment at Frantivic and Associates; a tax consulting outfit in the year 2003 and after her graduation, she commenced her career with Wemimo Ojuri & Co (Chartered Accountants) between 2007 and 2009 as Management Trainee where she handled different assignments including, preparation of financial statements from subsidiary books to final accounts, preparation of client’s bank reconciliation statements and reconciliation of Client’s creditor and debtors accounts.

Mosun joined RICH Consulting Limited in February, 2010 where she has been directly involved in handling various audit, assurance and financial consulting assignments for clients including being on Internal audit outsourced assignments and IFRS Implementation projects for different clients till date.
